Viking Saga was built locally in 1947 and following a thorough rebuild she is now available for cruises from Maldon and neighbouring ports. Most public trips are arounds 40 minutes in duration running from Maldon Prom, past Heybridge towards Osea Island and then returning in the opposite direction past the Quay.

A cruise on the Viking Saga is the best way to view Hythe Quay with its fleet of Thames sailing barges.
